Here's how it works: Protocol and its franchisees, own, install, maintain and service the equipment at their cost. They are fully responsible for any maintenance expenses, including those arising from natural causes or everyday wear and tear. They also provide detailed quarterly service and collection reports that show you amounts collected, date the service technician was on location and type of service completed.

In exchange for approval to place the equipment on your premises, the distributor shares the revenues with you.
